Current Ceviche

ingredients

  • 1 Current Tuna filet or cube pack (for even easier prep)
  • 1/2 cup fresh squeezed lime juice
  • 1/4 cup fresh squeezed orange juice
  • 1 jalepeno pepper – seeded and finely diced
  • 1/2 red onion – finely diced
  • 1 avocado – diced
  • salt & pepper – to taste
  • Optional
    • 1/4 cup mint
    • 3 tbsp cilantro

Directions

  1. Combine liquids and mix.
  2. Add veggies (except avocado, mint, and cilantro) and stir vigorously.
  3. Then, gently stir in the avocado, mint and cilantro.
  4. Finally, up to 20 minutes before serving, add cubed Current Tuna (about 1/2 inch cubes) to the mixture, and gently shake to combine.

Tip

Swap out the orange juice for the citrus of your choice: grapefruit, blood orange, tangerine…it’s freestyle friendly.
