1. Slice the tuna thin, about 1/4 inch thick. A knife tip: draw your knife back towards you to cut, so you only slice in one direction. Avoid sawing at the filet.
2. Arrange the fish on a large plate, and drizzle the oil, lemon juice, red pepper flakes, salt, and lemon zest around it. Serve immediately.
